1. What Huupi is

Huupi is a business software application that helps companies manage WhatsApp customer support, appointments (turnos), menus/orders, and integrations such as Google Calendar.

2. Data we process

Account data: name, email, authentication credentials
Business configuration: agents, catalogs/menus, appointments, conversations
Messaging content sent through connected channels such as WhatsApp
Integration tokens/permissions you grant (for example Google Calendar)
Technical logs: IP address, device/browser metadata, usage metrics

3. How we use data

Provide and improve the Huupi application
Authenticate users and secure the platform
Run automations and integrations you enable
Provide customer support
Comply with legal obligations

4. Google Calendar and Google user data

If you connect Google Calendar to Huupi, Huupi requests access only to read availability and to create, update, or delete calendar events related to appointments. Huupi does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising. You may revoke access at any time in Huupi or at Google Account permissions.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers strictly needed to operate Huupi (hosting, databases, messaging/AI APIs), and with authorities when required by law.

6. Retention and security

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal/compliance reasons. We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures.
